When i upload a gallery in Sig Pro with transparent png images, the thumbs created are with a black background. How can create thumbs with a white background?

First of all check all SIG PRO templates to find which one is closer to what you are looking for. When you do that post me a link to your gallery page to see what is the color you are trying to change in the specific template...

I am using galleria, and i also using it in the category page without main image, straight image gallery with galleria. I have changed the general background color of the galleria to none so to have my own background in the website, in my case is a leather background. As you can see in the image attached the thumbs below the image window are on black background. The images are all clean transparent .png. When i upload the gallery with those transparent png's the system creates jpg's but with back background. I want them to be white or transparent.

I am trying to send you an image but the upload folder says its full, what should i do. i can only send you a link in private.

All the thumbnails are being resized to jpg format, and this format doesn's support transparency. Sorry but this is how our plugin works.

Any chance to have white background instead of the back produced?
