When I use simple gallery, some of the Thumbnails, not all of them, does not show.

When I click on the image, the file appear correctly.

I saw the post from Fotis ¨[TROUBLESHOOTING] Gallery thumbnails don't display at all (or display "blank")"
and I have gone througt the process to fix the permissions.
(1. The "folder" permissions of the "/cache" folder are wrong and prevent any file writing into them. In that case, you can download the free "Admin Tools" extension from www.akeebabackup.com/download/latest.html and use the "Fix Permissions" operation to repair all your Joomla! site's file and folder permissions to to 644 and 755 respectively. These are the proper permissions for files and folders in UNIX/Linux based servers.)

but the problems persist

If anyone know what can be the problem, I would appreciate any suggestion, I am blocked with this.

I too *WAS* having this issue, but I believe I resolved it.

I just uploaded several photos that had a space character in the file name. When the cache image was created, the space was replaced by an underscore in the thumbnail file name (cache image), however the source URL for the cache image in the page source appears as a URL-encoded space. That is, "%20".

Removing the space from the file name and sticking with standard alphanumeric, hyphen, and underscores, resolved the issue.

Confirmed.... The gallery does not loads correctly the images with <spaces> in the file name.

I changed all filenames to take the spaces out and i when back to normality.
