Hi Everyone,

I just purchased and downloaded Simple Image Gallery Pro. I tried uploading a gallery into an item I have in the K2 section of my site but got the following error message "There was a problem rendering your image gallery. Please make sure that the folder you are using in the Simple Image Gallery Pro plugin tags exists and contains valid image files. The plugin could not locate the folder: media/k2/galleries/6"

All i have done is uploaded the Simple Image Gallery Pro and enabled it and made sure the settings are the same as in the documentation. Not sure what to do next. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Check that the directory path in SIG PRO parameters is written right please.

Thanks, I checked and it was just named images so i changed it to images/stories. However, when i upload the zip file of images the system names them gallery 6 but when i go to the images/stories there is no gallery with that name.

I am just missing something really obvious. Sorry for the silly questions.

Have a look in media\K2\galleries

This error is because you upload the images .zip in K2 before configuring the plugin
Root folder for image galleries -> media/k2/galleries
If you do not do this before you will have error
To correct go to the image folder on the server: root/media/k2/galleries -> delete image folder you uploaded
Then go to the item you have upload image on k2, click on Image gallery tab, click in check-box for delete and click apply or save
Now upload zip image forder and save. That is it.
