I just purchased your plugin and I have a problem. I'm working on a new website that is actually located on my localmachine server and a test version is located on the ISP server.

My localmachine server is OK, the plugin works fine so in the ISP server, the plugin is giving me this error: There was a problem rendering your image gallery. Please make sure that the folder you are using in the Simple Image Gallery Pro plugin tags exists and contains valid image files. The plugin could not locate the folder: images/galeries/pbaVSmartinenc12-11-11

I have checked the permissions folders and all is ok.

My localmachine server is located at:
hcsj.dyndns-at-home.com/index.php/galeries-fotos

My (trouble) Server ISP site is located at:
cms.hcsantjust.net/index.php/galeries-fotos

Please let me know what can I check.

Check that the your server settings are according to the REQUIREMENTS from SIG PRO documentation.
In addition, check that the directory image path in SIG PRO plugin settings is written correct.

I have checked the Plugin requirements on the documentation. I have checked my server setup using PNPINFO() and my server is using PHP5 and the PHP GD Library is also loaded. Permisions for cache folder is also ok 775 and path to galeries is correct as I am running the same config in my local server.

Everything look to be ok and the plugin is giving my the error detailed from my last post.

I finally found my problem and is actually solved. The problam was the component cache folder permisions. The component create a folder in the cache and the permisions where not correct.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your help.
