IE & SigPro Problems was created by wes_gem
Hi,
Short term user, inexperienced Joomla user but getting better at fumbling through website maintenance!
I'm using SIG Pro and have a great site built with the plug in as a focus on many of the pages. I've tested in on PC & Mac and it works beautifully on Safari, Chrome, Firefox & Opera. Happy happy happ... oh wait... the client uses IE... Better check that it... oh no... there's a conflict - I think. Bottom line is that the only thing I can find on these pages which don't display properly and those that do is the SIG PRo plugin.
I've tried the fixes I've found on this site, I've copied the folder to the template html folder, I've tried everything I can possibly think of and find to try (including removal of the ?xml line in the index file) on the net.
The site is excelsiormanagement.com.au/test
Suggestions???
I've attached two screenshots - one Safari (Mac) the other IE8.0 (PC).
Thanks in advance!

IE8 -as it is mentioned before- has problem in rendering this template css. Until this issue solved please use another SIG PRO template.

Thanks, I'll give that a go.
Any idea when a fix will be available?

I've been running into issues with IE as well but maybe not the same ones. I would like to use single image mode with the default Slimbox engine and Classic style (or any others that will work) but IE will not load the images in the popup window. I thought I had a workaround by changing the display to all and then using html/css to clip all but the first image in the gallery, so it looks like single image mode. This works without a problem in FF, Safari and Chrome but IE can't handle it. There are two possible means of launching the gallery at this address but I still can't get IE to work...
webdev.ifsa-butler.org/australia-overview.html
The second horizontal option works when the 4th or 5th thumbnails are clicked but 1- 3 will not launch the gallery... the loading graphic just spins away. I would love it, if you have any suggestions!

What browser and OS are you using? I am on winXP w/IE8 and the only one that will load is the hz layout by clicking #4 or 5.

Thanks for checking. I'm going to remove IE and reinstall and see if I can get a better handle on what's happening here.
