Captions do not work was created by Mid Minnesota Marketing / Haas Management LLC

I have created the caption text file and uploaded it to the language folder . . . but when I select the option to display captions from the file, they do not display. (the file name is en-GB.com_labels.txt)

Any ideas on why it is not working?
