Adding captions was created by t j o connell

Hi,
I can not understand how to add captions to my images. I have read the instructions and it refers to using .txt files inside the images folder. Can this be done through Joomla admin or does it require FTP access?

I hope some one can help me with this as I am just starting with Joomla

You may just upload a labels.txt file with your caption inside your image folder via the Media Manager settings.
