I wonder if you can help I have recently purchased SIGPRO and am trying to get it to work on Joomla v.1.7 currently using SIGPRO v.2.5.6.

I have been through the forums and subsequently checked that I have the correct permissions set for the /cache folder in the root of the site.

When ever I enable the gallery the page I get in firefox is just a blank white screen (no favicon either) in explorer I get a cannot display the page 500 error.

Looking at the files on the site the jw_sigpro folder in teh cache folder (/cache/jw_sigpro/) does not contain any images which seems wrong but I don't know why it does not nor what would be causing that not to work.

If any one could help me resolve this that would be much appreciated as this is starting to bake my noodle!

I'm having the same problem.  Checked permissions on cache and they are correct.  Doesn't work in Firefox, Chrome or IE 9.  I have both SIG and SIG Pro installed, but SIG is disabled/Pro enabled.  If I reverse (SIG enabled, Pro disabled) galleries still work.  Do I need to uninstall basic since I upgraded to PRO?  A quick reply would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem. I have just installed the latest sigpro to my joomla 2.5.1 on my localhost and all the pages that have a gallery no longer work. Permissions are correct.
Can I ask why are the answers are not published in the forum to these problems as oppose to private answers would save everyone a lot of time.
