Hi I set the sizes in the plugin and the full photo shows OK. You can see the full cake.

Next time I come back to look at it on the web, the pictures have grown
and the cakes look as they've been cropped.

This keeps happening. their OK the 1st time then I come back to look at
them again and they grown?

I have just checked it and the gallery looks fine (thumbs and pop ups!)
Did you solve your issue?

No!

As you can see the tops and bottoms of the cakes are missing. When I originally do the page
they show properly. Then when I look at them later they've grown.

I've tried this with 3 cakes in a row and they grew, so I went to 2 cakes in a row, which
was OK. Then as I say when I view them again they have gone bigger.

They should look like the enlarged photo's where you can see the entire cake but as a thumb nail.

This is how resizing works... Your pictures are not squares...

But originally the full pic shows. Ok the white border varies with each pic but after a while they then
look as if they have been cropped. There must be a way of putting this right.
So the full picture shows all the time?

Well Maybe Not!  :(

Maybe you could try increasing the height in your thumbnails. This would give a closer to what you want result in resizing.
