Hi!

My customer called me and said she maid labels.txt just as it should be made but still no labels visible. So I checked everything and true, all was in right place. So i copied the text inside labels.txt - pasted it to a fresh one made in pc and uploaded it overwriting the one she had made and refreshed my browser, labels appeared!

So is there something extra to be taken care when labels.txt is made with mac?

I develop on a MAC and never had a problem .... might have more to do with whatever text editor she is using to make the labels.txt file. What program is she using when she makes the text file?

Customer got´s word and she saved the labels.txt file to unicode format. Also she got mac´s own text editor.
What software and sane options do you use?

I use textedit and save the file in plain text. Under the format drop down menu there is an option that says "Make plain text". Then when she goes to save it she would keep the file type .txt ... should work fine. I also often simply open it in dreamweaver and edit it and then save it with the same file extension .txt and it works fine that way too but I am assuming she does not have dreamweaver.
