I'v looked through all your posts regarding the pop up issue and did not seem to find many solutions other than please use something else. I find this a shame as its why i purchased this plugin and I understand its cheap, but i'd like it to work. I also understand you may not be to blame considering the variety of plugins available in the market and versions of Joomla so I appreciate your support, I do.
I have found you mention it could be a java conflict and i'v uninstalled as many plugins and components as possible without destroying the site, a major clean up.
I am unable to pull the site down to disable the remaining extensions until late at night due to our high traffic and would appreciate some advice, solution or work around to this problem even if it means editing this or other plugins. I'm also concerned if i find the extension in question, am i prepared to ditch it, probably not. I hope this is another way.

I will disable the remainder tonight to see if it helps, but appreciate any new advice that may exist before spending more hours on this which has been considerable.
If it helps all Jquery ones seem to work seamlessly, its the others that do not.
