I received this message but folder exist

There was a problem rendering your image gallery. Please make sure that the folder you are using in the Simple Image Gallery Pro plugin tags exists and contains valid image files. The plugin could not locate the folder: images/stories/filosofias

Cache, images, jwsigpro, tmp writable

Before the update everything worked. With the latest version received this message.
Any help please?

I have the same problem.

When i use {gallery}photos{/gallery} everything works fine  :)
but when i use options {gallery}photos:300:160{/gallery} i get an error  :(

in Layout template for image galleries i use galleria

this is my First post and I think I crack the problem.

I was getting the same message:

There was a problem rendering your image gallery. Please make sure that the folder you are using in the Simple Image Gallery Pro plugin tags exists and contains valid image files. The plugin could not locate the folder: media/k2/galleries/1

What I was doing wrong was how I was ZIPPING my files. I grouped my files in a folder then ZIPPED the folder. When uploaded my ZIP file the fold and all would get unpacked. Thus my images were in media/k2/galleries/1/foldername.

SOLUTION:  When ZIPPING files select the individual files and ZIP them and not the folder.

This error is because you upload the images .zip in K2 before configuring the plugin
Root folder for image galleries -> media/k2/galleries
If you do not do this before you will have error
To correct go to the image folder on the server: root/media/k2/galleries -> delete image folder you uploaded
Then go to the item you have upload image on k2, click on Image gallery tab, click in check-box for delete and click apply or save
Now upload zip image forder and save. That is it.
