I have Simple Image Gallery Pro Installed (V 2.5.7) on a Joomla 1.7.3 site, on a Windows IIS6 server.  My captions are not being read consistently.  In one instance they are read fine.  But in another area they are not being read even though I have verified that the file I have uploaded is the correct one and has the image names, captions and descriptions in it.  It keeps wanting to show the default "Title" and "Description"

I also noticed that after I uploaded the captions file, a duplicate one appeared in the same folder but I cannot delete it. I only uploaded 1 file. 

I checked the permissions for the 2 different folders and they are exactly the same. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong or what is going on.

Someone please give me some insight.  For now, I have the captions turned OFF in the section where it's not working.

Any idea when I can get a response to this message?  I don't mean to be a pest but it would be great to get some help with this.  I see that it's been viewed 7 times but no replies.  Thanks to anyone who can help me.
