For whatever reason when a user selects an Icon the gallery image that appears is a 'resized' version of the image - clearly this is not what is required. I know the size of the image ion the disc is minimum 640x480 but users are presented something like the icon image when they select it, the size of the image on the disc seems to make no difference.
When is says click to zoom I don't expect it to shrink.
Even if I clear the caches the issue remains.
I have read many posts on the pop up resizing issue, most say it isn't possible, several say (inlcuding the developer) that the pop up will be the size of the original image - well I can categorically state that it is not, I don't know where the pop ups are getting the images from or the image sizes but they are not the same size as the originals. We go to great lengths to ensure a sensible size i.e Min 640x480 max 1024x768 to fit most users screens - the pop ups regardless of style selected are NOT honouring this sizing - NONE OF THEM.
Any ideas.
