I have the latest k2 and the latest SIGP but when putting in my ratio for the "Thumbnail viewport width and height" it always defaults to a square ratio.  For example I'll put it 150 for width and 100 and height and while my thumbnail image somewhat displays correctly there's space above the image... the viewport border defaults to 150 x 150 even though I put in 150x100 in the plugin settings.  The only way I can get everything to look right including the smart thumbnail resize is to but in a square ratio such as 100x100 but I don't want a square ratio...

Any ideas??

Did you clean your cache?

Yes.  I even set the Thumbnail cache expiration time to 0 temporarily so I could see changes immediately.  When I make changes it works but unfortunately the only way I get rid of that extra space is to make the ratio for the thumbnails a perfect square which I know it shouldn't be that way.
