I would agree that this sort of response for a paid product is not acceptable. If this was open source, that would be another thing.

Any news on version 1.3?

I think SIG Pro is an excellent product but I really believe that the answers provided in the support forums aren't up to scratch for a paid product.

You announced that version 1.3 would be available in May last year, then the date was pushed back and now there is no date mentioned before... just a cryptic message about more than image handling.

I bought this product purely for image handling!

What other features are you looking at apart from image handling?

AND WHEN WILL VERSION 1.3 BE READY?

I'd really appreciate (and I'm sure most others would too) some proper answers on what is happening with SIG Pro into the future.
