Why is this proving so difficult.

This is the syntax I used to create the en-GB.labels.txt file in the following folder, that worked OK.
{gallery}/gallery1:360:200:1:2{/gallery}

where gallery1 is the image folder in J2.5 images, thus images/gallery1 in which I have three images and the correct information was written to the .txt file with generic titles and descriptions

I changed Title to Title 1 and the description to Description 1, and so on..

On the front end the Thumb of the first image had a caption. Clicking on it opened the image and the description was there.
Should not the image title show on the image?

Also, there are no titles on any of the other images, only the descriptions.

Is this a bug?

All I changed in the default en-GB.labels.txt file is Title to Title 1, Description to Description 1 and so on for three test images.

You will see from the browser the Popup engine is 'PrettyPhoto' and template is 'Artistic'.

It seems to me that only the first thumbnail image renders the image title if I decise to use it to open the gallery.
For it to make sense, I think Titles should be replicated above the description on popups.

But you have set it to single mode where only one thumb is visible.

So how do people see the titles of each image if the gallery is lauched from single thumbnail.

Is the Title only for the first gallery image when using single thumbnail mode, and none of the others?
I thought that under the image in the popup, at least the title should show as well as the description.

I know this can be done with html but the title of the image in the text file would need to be duplicated into the description and formated with h1, h2 tags and so on.

I don't think I'm the only one confused by this!
