Simple Image Gallery PRO not working was created by FDigital01

I have seen a number of posts with the same problem and no satisfactory answers!

i have double checked the directory and folder and they exist..

plugin is enabled

i am using themexpert template joomla version 2.5.4

This definitely looks like a bug so it needs to be fixed ASAP

any advice would be appreciated

i deleted it in frustration and have replaced it now.

the gallery now "works" - it seems the image size was too big too handle.... but now even though the images show when the thumbnail is clicked, there is not thumbnail image....

any help would be appreciated

the gallery "thumbnails" which you can't see is on this page.... is that what you need....

The PHP version is PHP 5.3.13 and GD is installed

I have checked that php version, and it conforms to the spec. I have checked the files and folders number and they conform to the spec. It can't be a caching problem because generated thumbnails show with other apps.

I have tried all of the pop up engines - still no thumbnails.

Any other ideas, I really need this to work asap.

Make sure that your cache is writable. I suggest you installing Admin Tools from www.akeebabackup.com/ in order to fix your permissions as they should be and then reinstall the extension.

i have checked everything, uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it, but still no thumbnails..... this is beyond frustrating.

i can see the elements in the cache (as attached), i have fixed the permissions, i have enabled the plugin, i have created the correct path..... what else can i do?
