At first: Thank you for that great Plugin..  :)

Soo, but I have some big problems to let this plugin to run.
There are no Thumbnails (yes the permission for the folder and subfolder from images/stories/sig2 are 755) shown in the frontpage, and if you click on these "thumbnails" it's just opens in a new window with the picture.. but no shadow-, greybox
or something others..  :'(

I read a few of the topics with similar problems, and installed the Admin component and fixed the permissions without success..

I think there is some problems with javascripts, mootools and or jquery...
But I'm a joomla beginner and couldn't read these languages.

I hope you can help me, because I try to solve this problem for more than a month without one step in to right way.. :-\

Please upgrade to jooomla 1.5.26 and to SIG PRO 2.5.7 and rename your images avoiding special characters in their names like %, caps letters, gaps etc.

Okey, I've upgraded Joomla to 1.5.26, but I can't find the new Version from SIG Pro to download.

I've deleted the Pro Version and installed the SIG free V2.2, and the Thumbnails are shown now, but the problem with the
Shadowbox are still there..

You may use PDS in order to download the latest SIG PRO version cause only this way you may select a pop up engine that doesn't conflict and works properly.

The "shadowbox" issue is due to a css conflict with your template and you should contact your template provider in order to solve it.

ähm.. I'm sorry but I've no idea what do you mean with use PDS..  :-\

I searched the ID Number from my order of SIG Pro.. And tryed to get it from upgrade link but:

1) To make the template work and look same as template preview you do not need any gallery plugin or module. You need to follow documentation to make it look same way.
simple image gallery or phoca gallery are additional modules and are not required to run template."


It is very important for me to solve this problem... I can't continue working with this problem.

Okey, I've found the PDS Member Area, and downloaded the newest Version of SIG Pro 2.5.7.

Now the Thumbnails are shown. =) Nice..

But the issue with the Shadowbox is still there. I've changed all kind of "Popup engine for image galleries" but without success..

As far as I can you used a different template and you don't have any css conflict-looks awesome!
However, try using a different pop up engine via the SIG PRO parameters, cause when you click on a thumb it doesn't open any pop up -the image opens in a new window which is wrong...

Yes.. :) I think too it's a problem with the template..
With other template the SIG Pro works fine.  :-\

I tried from the popup Menu from slimbox (mootools based) to prettyphoto (jquery) till simple box (joomla works),
but the result is always the same..

The Foto opens in a new popup window..  ???

what can I try more?
