I'm installed the plugin without problems but I cannot dowload images from my galleries.
I've seen that there are some other post with this error  :

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, ....

But I have not seen any resolution to the problem 

I've the 777 on images folder
the Pocha gallery is working fine but the publication process is too complex and slow for my needs.

My site is hosted on Aruba, have you any suggestion ?

Contact your hosting company and ask them to fix your permissions please.
