I read the topic: TROUBLESHOOTING] Gallery thumbnails don't display at all (or display "blank") and was hopeful that I had found a match to my problem.
We reset all permissions, but that did not work.
I HAD my gallery/subfolder at the root of the site, and thought perhaps that was the problem.
I created the gallery/subfolder in the Images folder, confirmed all permissions, reset the plugin master path, purged the entire site's cache, deleted the purged files...
No luck.  ???
Where can I go from here?

Hello,

I bought SIG Pro mid June and it's still not working as it should.

I checked everything, like theomayeriii and even contacted a Joomla Specialist to make sure I did everything correctly and finally he asked me to post to the Forum to ask for help.

So, here I am.

Two more Infos about the environment.

1. The Integration of a gallery with .zip upload worked within K2 (even in the environment situation as described hereafter)

2. Because of developpment reasons I'm actually using a different URL that have a mirror URL.
--> explanation:
"www.site.com" is already up and running with another host and will be replaced by the Joomla site soon.
"site.me.com" is the developpment URL for the new Joomla site, until I switch over.
I've configured already with my new host "www.site.com" as a mirror from "site.me.com"

I made the configurations for the folders (even I tried different ways from /images or from /media etc.)
