I am using the last version of SIG PRO, joomla and K2.

Anytime i want to ad a gallery on an article, and i save the article, the page go back to the list of articles, when i try to edit the article, it goes to a blank page.
On the front end, when i try to open the article too, it goes to a blank page.

When i desactivate the plugin SIG PRO, then I can edit again the article, and the article display on the front end too, so obviously the problem is coming from a conflict between K2 and the SIG PRO Plugin.

I have notices too :
- SIG PRO plugin Root folder for image galleries is : images
- The zip file that i have uploaded unzip the files in a folder wich is media/k2/galleries/3 (3 as it is the third attemp of creating a gallery i did)
- On the article on frontend or on the article i edit in backend (when SIG PRO is desactivated) it shows {gallery}3{gallery} so the code show the gallery folder correctly
- when i change images to media/k2/galleries in the root folder for image galleries and activate the plugin, the problem remain the same.

How can i fix this issue ?

I have noticed now that the problem is the same if i had the tag {gallery}3{/gallery} in an article, so i have a bug with my SIG PRO plugin.

I have downloaded again the plugin an instal it again.

If i left the folder images in the root field i have this on my page gallery (frontend) :

There was a problem rendering your image gallery. Please make sure that the folder you are using in the Simple Image Gallery Pro plugin tags exists and contains valid image files. The plugin could not locate the folder: images/3

Then I put again the right folder in the root field and i have a blank page.

I have found here the solution to the problem :

So i have tried with some files resized, and the blank page problem is gone BUT the thumbnail or not created ! So i have blank thumbnail that open on the image when i click on it.

But my cash folder works great as there is inside some pictures resized for thumbnail, for exemple :

jwsigpro_cache_11780bc7f4_test03.jpg

The thumbnail should be in the folder with the original photos ? Because they are not in my case (working on localhost, mac os x MAMP)

Katia unfortnately i cannot do that as I am working on a local website on my computer before uploading it to the web.

On firebug this is what i can see for the two first images of my gallery :

There is no link to the thumbnail image in the cash folder (all the thumbnails are however in the cash folder in the root folder). It's like the image is ok, the thumbnail is created in the cash folder but when it displays the gallery it doies not connect to the thumbnail in the cash folder.

Katia, as you cannot access my website i try to be as precise as possible as i have read all the documentation about this issue and did not find my solution :

- I have deleted all the images in cash/jw_sigpro which are the thumbnail
- i have created an article outside K2 and call the gallery {gallery}9{/gallery}
- i go and check the article
- the thumbnail still displays at blank and in cash/jw_sigpro, the thumbnail are however created.

It's quiet frustrated

Make sure that the images you use do not include %, caps letters, dashes or any other special characters in their names.

I already checked this and its fine.
I have test on an other joomla base on local and it worked, their is a conflict with something but hard to tell. No idea Katia ? If i cannot fix it, i will set u a ticket to be refunded if possible because it's unfortunately useless.

I cannot help you if I do not see the problem... You need to post me again when you get online in order to solve your issue...
