Hello,

First exuse me for my english, i'm french.

How it's possible with Single image gallery pro to link an image to an article? I want to do the same style of gallery like this site : www.en.joomgallery.net/demo.html

Is it with the file labels.txt?

This gallery plugin is not our Simple Image Gallery pro.

I know that's not you're simple gallery, but i want know how it's possible to do the same things? On this site Is it simple gallery ?? I want to do exactly the same Things

No.
However, what you can do is use the singe thumbnail mode option. This way you only see the first thumbnail of a gallery and when you click on it you may see the whole gallery via the pop up.
