I have the usual problem with the gallery plugin. I tried every solution i found on the net but still nothing!!
Error msg:
      Unknown Archive type
      Gallery upload error. Cannot extract archive.

What i did to resolve it? Name it i have done it! (upgrade to the new version, changed the code, changed the path,went and check the mine in media as also in k2 folder and other)
Need urgent help to resolve this issue and also to find a solution to all websites that i will use this extension!

Info sent. Please do provide here the solution as well. I am using this plugin to many websites and i was facing the same problem in all of them but i resolve the issue but not in the last website.

First of all please upgrade to K2 2.5.7 version.
In addition, remember that the directory path in SIG PRO plugin should be images instead of /media/k2/galleries/.

How did you upload the gallery in Web Design item?

Update and path are as they should now but still the same issue. I do not remember how they got uploaded last time since a month has past from that time.
