I need help with Labels for my pop pictures in Simple Image Gallery Pro.

I am using joomla 2.5 ...

I have read in dukamantion: Individual captions / labels on pop image. I just do not understand how to do what it says. I can hardly HTLM so it's hard for me to figure out where to put the sample code into.

Is there any tutorial with richer explanation and pictures as a novice can figure out how to put labels into my images?

I have set "Default caption (label) handling" to: Read contents of caption files. and then it is I am unable to figure out the rest.

Just create a labels.txt file write the captions you want for your images via the SIG PRO documentation instructions and upload it via the Media Manager in your Gallery folder you want.

Where can I find SIG PRO and where and how I write the HTML code for the text to be displayed in the picture?

If I have an image in Media Manager, which called:

The caption should be:

Karina.

How do I do it.

I can not write HTML. But well put pictures and other into a finished code.
