Had this great plugin working fine on a few client sites.

Just upgraded them all to 2.5.8 from various versions. This problem site was on version 2.5.8 and running Joomla 1.7.3 and was using the Pretty Photo setting.

Now the images open in top left of new browser window in Safari and Chrome and on black background in FFox. I've tried deleting caches but the same thing still happens in latest versions of Safari, FFox and Chrome.

I have noticed that out of te there modal scripts, it DOES work using LyteBox and Mootools SlimBox.

I preferred Pretty Photo setting - any chance I can get it back?

I've set it back to PrettyPhoto so you can inspect the problem.

What I suggest you as a final solution, is using a different pop up engine.

Your problem is due to a compression your template or another plugin does.

However, you may try finding -by disabling them- if another extension conflict with your PrettyPhoto.(For example, try disabling jcemediabox plugin to see if the pop works again).

Think I'll switch to LyteBox as no time to bug-squash presently.
