Hi:
I'm trying to get sig pro work with a module called "Content Item"

The module enable to publish content anywhere other than in MainBody. But sig just wouldn't barge, even though it's "content" as required to work.

Would you have any solutions?

Hi there!

The SIG Pro is a mambot/plugi for the Joomla system
and as all the others mambots, can be used only into contents or into Users Modules

If you want to uset it in others modules, this can be happen only write some php code in the module

Ask from the creator of this module to make compatible his product with this mambot
or try to see how we "put" this mambot at virtuemart component and use the same logic to do at the module
This need i'm afraid knowledge of php scripting.

  What Content Item (CI) does is:
  Say publish a new article as flashnews (say ID=99), the CI will display ID 99 into the assigned area.

  As the new article is a "content", I presume the SIG should work.
  If I get this wrong, as you explained, I'll contact the developer of CI.
