I will try to explain what I am trying to do.

There will be a first page with some categories that will appear as thumbnail images. This will be an image with a title like the ones created with this code: {gallery}categories:246:246:0:2{/gallery}

Now I want, clicking on each of the thumbnail image to navigate to another article that will display images using the galleria layout. So each image will act as an image link.

One solution could be to put the article link inside the labels.txt file, but I see that this is not supported. Is there any other way to do this? I mean clicking an image thumbnail to navigate to another article instead of showing the original image?

You can freely use HTML inside the description, just make sure you have one caption per line.

I tried that, but I do not want to display the link inside the popup. I do not want to display the popup at all.

Simply, I want the component to draw the thumbnails (as it does) and then let the user click on any of the thumbnails to navigate to an other page. No popup.

No, the FPSS extension is not what I am searching for. I do not want something so complicated. What I want is much more simple: image thumbnails with the ability to act as links. This is basic functionality that should be supported in your component. However, because I had to deliver the project, I had to choose another component to do the job.

Any news about this, maybe in version 3.x?

You either may use Galleria (SIG PRO template) or FPSS extension.
