Image turns grey and slideshow won't work was created by Andre

I have just noticed that when trying to view our Gallery, that when the image is enlarged, the screen goes grey and you can not move to the next image. I have no idea when this started happening and so am at a loss to know what changed caused it. Also I have no ideas as to how to track the fault down.

Hi,

in the plugin settings set:
jQuery library handling: "load v1.8.x latest"
