I have made an extrafield in K2 which is a link. IN this link I would like to open a lightbox gallery from simple image gallery pro.. Is this possible???

just define your extra-field as link and set the option "open in lightbox popup" if you want to use another popup style like one of the gallery pro you will have to modify the core from K2 extrafields to assign the correct class.
