I can make html work when it is directly putted in the labels file, but if I click "save" in the backend of the extension, the code is striped ans leavs only the texte and no links... Any idea why?
(Simple Image Gallery Pro V.3.0.1 Joomla 1.5 Firefox)

Hi Photo
I have the same problem here so was just wondering did you get it sorted? I upgraded to V.3.0.1 a few months ago but didn't need the HTML text until now. Support now tell me this version has bugs and say I have to pay more to upgrade to get it fixed! Not much chance of that. There is a way round it with the text file but it's just extra work.
Appreciate your feedback if you get this.
Thanks

The method I use to upload a labels.txt file is to create it locally in text editor then upload to the image directory using FTP. This method would also prevent any HTML 'stripping'.

Thanks for the help and some good info in that article. It didn't sort this out though, my settings were already correct.
The support team have already told me there is a bug in my version of the software causing this but is fixed in the latest version, they just want me to pay again to update it to get it sorted. I'll kepp editing the text file until I get time to look for a new extension.
Thank you

Perhaps the HTML code 'stripping' is being done as 'normal' by Joomla and is not a bug in SIG Pro? - see www.joomla-monster.com/blog/joomla-3-0/how-to-stop-joomla-editor-from-cleaning-some-html-elements (The above link explains how to modify the appropriate setting to stop this happening.)

I tried this method but still can't seem to fix the problem. Any other advice you can add? Thanks.

You need to update to the latest version of Simple Image Gallery Pro which fixes the HTML stipping.
