hi guys,

i wonder if anyone can help me out here but i have installed SIGPro and everything is working fine except for my thumbnails. so i checked the important must read part regarding the permissions which isn't my case at all as they are correct.

im using joomla 3.1.1
SIGPro v3

i have worked it out on why this has happened and why probably others are having the same problems.

well, i also use an extension called admin tools and what you need to do is to go to your .htaccess maker and add "cache/jw_sigpro" to the Allow direct access, except .php files, to these directories and then create your .htaccess file and then refresh and should be there.

well, thats another option if anyone is in trouble, i hope this helps.

Amazing.  This was exactly my issue!

The sticky post at the top of this forum should be changed to include this information.  Since so many sites use akeeba products, this is much more likely to be the problem than 'permissions'.

Thanks for posting the fix.  I spent way too much time checking and rechecking everything till I saw this post!

This should be added to the SIG_Pro Troubleshooting 'sticky' topic as an additional tip, as this was also my problem with my Admin Tools created .HTACCESS file blocking access.
