Now to my topic: I found that in creating captions in the gallery text file (when you use option "2" for captions) there are some things you can and cannot successfully do. For example, I was unable to use the command line to call another plugin, though I have been able to insert a hyperlink to download another file in the text area. On the other hand, I had problems inserting another tiny image in the caption. I would be interested in knowing of any successes or failures others have had, beyond simple text insertion.
