Hi i would like to include an overview of all galleries on my site.

Example: Thumbnails captured with the gallery NAME. When I do add it now the name of the thumbnails is always the first title of the image in the gallerie.
After the user klicks on the thumbnail of the gallery it should be opened
How is it possible to get an overview of all galleries on one site, named after the Gallery Name??

As the name suggests this is a single gallery.
This is what you get, it is only through changes in files php gallery.
Consider installing another gallery
