Thumbnails are shown incorrectly

Hi,

no matter what layout template I use - the thumbnails are shown incorrecty. The pictue is not in the frame. I have no idea where this come from.

I use:  SIG Pro 2.5.8 , joomla 2.5.14 ,  K2 2.6.6

Can anyone help?

try to empty your cache which is located in root > cache > jw_sigpro.
I had the same issue and this resolved the problem. Hope that helps

Thanks alot - but emptying the cache did not help. I cleared both directories for sig and sig pro but I still have the same problems in both extentions.

I guess it has to do with the creation of the thumbnail picture - it is not a "margin" what puts the picture down the complete picture ist like this. If I have a landscape format the thumbnail  has like white on top - if I have a panel format the completet picture ist to big...  I add a Screenshot with a highlighting of the thumnail image in F12 mode.
(first pic in gallery) the portrait formats are the 3 on the right side.
