[Solved] Simple image gallery pro download counter was created by Hrvoje Znaor

Hi

I've noticed that we have download counter in subscribers downloads area.
My is 2/5 atm. Does it mean that once when it reaches 5/5 I will not be able to download updates even if my subscription is still active?

Hello,

This download counter resets every week. Even if you have reached your maximum download number within this week, you could open a ticket through our JoomlaWorks Ticket Support System and request a downloads reset since you have an active subscription.
