Hi I recently experimented with the root folder settings and after I tried using ../ I started getting an error

JPath::check Use of relative paths not permitted

and I cant acces the SIGPRO in the backend in the admin to chamge it back. I've already searched che DB and the files in my joomla folder but I just cannot find it anyewhere to change manually.

Anyone can point me to the right direction?

Hi there! I just joined the forum and I need some help with some error on joomla that I have been receiving lately.. the error is :
JFolder::files: Path is not a folder
can anyone help me with this error? how to solve it? I receive this error when I open a component newsletter.

Hi. This forum has to do with JoomlaWorks extensions. Since this is not an extension made by JoomlaWorks, try to ask it's developers for help.

I mean the developers of the newsletter component you are using. Since the error comes up when you click on that component, probably it is the one which is "responsible" for the error. It's developers should know better than anyone else how to fix it . If you face any issues with JoomlaWorks extensions please let me know so i can help you.

Okay yes I figured out who the makers are thank you so so much for helping :) its apparently by joobi.co :) yes will definitely do so if I have any issues with joomlaworks. Do you have any templates that work with joomla 1.5?

Unfortunately not. If you are building a new site you should use Joomla! 3.3 not Joomla! 1.5.
