Here's my problem. Simple Gallery Pro seemed to install fine. The first time I inserted a gallery into a content item, everything worked fine. But a few minutes later when I'd go to the page with the gallery content, I'd get the effect seen here .

Each image is a link to that image full size. No next button. No Close button.

I'm gathering that there is some conflict because when I install a fresh instance of joomla everything works as expect. How should I go about uncovering what is causing this trouble?

Thanks for your response Fotis. This is what I intuitively thought to try earlier. Unfortunately, I get the locked icon beside the Mambot name. On First attempt to click on it and edit it I got a restricted access error.




I was thinking perhaps this happened because I did not click on the check box then click edit but rather clicked on the name for the mambot. Should I uninstall then reinstall to try again? I couldn't see a place to uninstall off hand.

Ok, I managed to uninstall and reinstall. I check the box for the mambot and selected edit. I got the same restricted access popup. So, in essence I'm unable to change the engine.
