Gallery works on some computers, but not others was created by Rodney Long

On most computers the gallery seems to work fine, on others only the shadows of the thumbnails show and you cannot click on a picture to enlarge it.

Any ideas? Is it a browser problem with the user (security controls?) or a css problem?

It seems to only happen for IE users running 1024 x 768??
