What File Formats Does SIG Pro Support was created by Christopher Smith
Hi, just a quick question. What file formats does SIG Pro support. ie .gif etc
I have it working with a .gif image but if I put a .jpg image in the folder I get the following message:-
Image type not supported
Any advice appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Hi vinikey, here are my gd settings in php.ini:-
GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
FreeType Version 2.1.9
T1Lib Support enabled
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XBM Support enabled
So it looks like I need to set JPG Create Support. How do I do that? I am working on my own machine (localhost). Thanks for the super quick reply. God bless you!

Hi my friend!
As i can see from your message
your server support a GD2 library with all the formats we need!
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
well... its really strange, the jpg image you use have extension .jpg or .jpeg?
try to check if some image is corrupted
or try to save them again as .jpg using Infraview image manager program!
are the photos to "big"? more than 2MB?
can you give me a sample?
can you upload the site temporary in a server to check it out in action?
Thank you!

Thanks for the great support vinikey. The images were to big. ie 3mb. So I just reduced the size and changed the file extension from .jpeg to .jpg and now it ok. Looks great!
