Problem installing Simple Image Gallery Pro was created by Geert Janssen

Hi, even though the installation itself went smoothly, I do get following error:

Warning: jw_gallery(/home/geertjan/public_html/joomla/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro/sigpro_engine.php) [function.jw-gallery]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/geertjan/public_html/joomla/plugins/content/plugin_jw_sigpro.php on line 71

This is the used url in my article:

{ gallery } www.geertjanssen.com/albums/diecast/997_GT3_RS_VIP_Porsche_Design { /gallery }

Any ideas more than welcome!

Hi there!

Between the {gallery} tags need to write the relative path from your joomla site!
Can't give the "live" path from an external site!
Read the instruction at the mambot page!

Hi - I tried before, but without luck. What is the standard path SIPPRo will look into?

Joomla is installed in /home/geertjan/public_html/joomla

whereas my albums are installed in

/home/geertjan/public_html/albums

In this case what should relative path be?

well lets see! :)
The joomla site is this

http://www.geertjanssen.com/joomla/

By default the root path of the SIG PRO is

http://www.geertjanssen.com/joomla/images/stories

Create a folder ( named test ) at the folder images/stories, will be like that

http://www.geertjanssen.com/joomla/images/stories/test

and in this folder put your images

After that go at the content item and write {gallery}test{/gallery}

Hope that i gave you to understand how it works!

I may have found the issue ... from the below I error I read that it searches in a mambots directory, instead of plugins. Can this be the issue? How to solve? Tx, G

please, check the exist ans of the file

/joomla/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro/sigpro_engine.php

If doesn't exist, try to un-install and re-install the mambot!
