I'm just wondering if it is possible to have the full-sized image resize itself to fit on smaller monitors?

Eg if I have an 1000px tall image it won't all fit on most users screens. I have seen some of the lightbox/slimbox/lytebot etc style scripts resize the images to fit in the smaller area.

Or is this a feature planned in the much anticipated v1.3?

Great,  I was about to ask the same question.  In this Demo site , the slideshow software used was the demo version of JoomlaShine.  You can fix the height for example and don't worry fixing the width, it will occupy the width space allocated for the module.

This feature is critical in some applications because it is possible to display images that may have different "width x height" ratios.  As important, you do not have to edit your image dimensions, in case you happen to change the layout itself.

Hi my friend!

It is in our plans to resize/resample the original image on the popup ( as many customers want it )
but for the next version ( this month ) we can't include this feature, cause the mambot it is ready to be released!

This feature ( resize of original image on popup ) will be include in the future versions!

But if you need it ASAP, try to contact Fotis if you want!
