Hello

The mambot worked perfectly until today.
No thumbnails are creating at all anymore and just some red text saying error creating thumbnail.

The folder is 777 (temp folder) everything worked great so why it doesnt work anymore?

It is also very strange that if I create a second folder, call it temp2 the thumbnails are created.
If I swicth back to folder temp I get the same error creating thumbnails.

It is urgent so I hope support will get back asap.

Is there a limit on how many thumbnails could be created in the temp? It should not be because if I want lots of galleries they all save the thumbnail in the temp folder.

Could the script be modiffied in such a way that the thumbs are saved in the same folder as the gallery?

My guessing is that:
1. There are too many thumbnails
2. The way sig pro names the thumb creates a conflict and it tries to name new thumbs with the same name as old thumbs

Obviously no support for this mambot! Shall reflect in my rating later today. I am sorry, I have bought it in good faith and is not working!

If something is not changed, its difficult to stop working the mambot without reason!
As you said, if you change temporary folder, the mambot works, this mean that the problem have to do with the first temporary folder ( could be the permissions ).

I don't believe that could be a problem if we store all the thumbs in one directory
cause the mambot check if exist the thumb,
don't read all the directory every time!

As i can see now, you use a different temporary folder ( temp3 ) and the mambot works just fine.
Really, don't believe that could be create a problem the store of all the thumbs in one directory
only if you set the directory to have a specific/limited capacity of MB stored.

Well there is def something wrong. If I let the mambot create it's own folder all the thumbs work.
If I specify a folder only about 80% of thumbnails work.
A second problem is that in Firefox all thumbnails display in one column. Do you know why that might be?

Hi my friend again!

If the mambot can't store or read the thumbs from the temporary folder
the 99% of the reasons is the permissions of the folder.
It's good to set it with 777 or 644 (chmod)
or 755, 711 if you run the php in cgi mode.

About the columns issue, i check it out with FF and IE7 and i can see 2 columns.
