Hi,
I've purchased the product a couple of days ago.
I'm afraid I've got the same problem with firefox. I've cleared my cache but it didn't solve the problem. It appears to be random as well- so for example when you go to the page it might look good and when you revisit to have 2 or 1 column instead of 3..
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!!

Hi all,
I'm another with this problem and it does appear to be 'random', in that pressing F5 can give a different screen display, but mostly they thumbnails just display in a single column. It's always fine with IE7, however and I've not tested with IE6.
I've also another problem with the popup engine. (I tried to attach an image, but it said the folder was too full...) I get no effects with Slimbox/Thickbox/Greybox and the other two give the same effect whereby my 'topmenu' does not become greyed out and sits in front of the lightbox.
I know (?!) that this is something to do with the template, but I've no idea how to fix it. The template is 'Aqualine' from Joomlashack. This is a local development, but if anyone has any further ideas, then it does appear to be a problem (i.e. the Firefox one) with several users are struggling with.
Many thanks,
Dave.

Regarding the problem in firefox the solution is here:
forum.joomlaworks.net/index.php?topic=2612.0
I've replaced the display:table to display:div and it works!

Thanks! I can't try that right now as I'm not at home, but great if it does! Can you be a bit more specific about where to replace that CSS stuff, or is it clear enough in the link you've given me?
Cheers,
Dave.

Ok... I think this works... I changed both sigpro_default.css and sigpro_yb.css to be display.div and I've also set the cache to 0.
This seems to have done the trick... so thanks very much!!
Dave. :D
