error creating thumbnail was created by Esther Metselaar
Look at
www.esthermetselaar.nl.
I get "error creating thumbnail". CHMOD is on 777 and I have GD library 2. What can I do to fix this? If you click on one of the "error creating thumbnail" they show a lightbox.

Hi my friend!
Change the permissions also at temporary folder to 77 or 644.
Also try to have pictures without spaces in the name.
Also, as i can see from your source, check out the paths you give at the sig pro
cause i can see something like that
I mean, use the mambot as the example ( if you have as default Image Root the /images/stories folder )
Thank you!

Hello!
Alle permissions are on 777, even the temporary folder.
I have changed the paths, so the code is now like this
Still "error creating thumbnail".

But its really strange!!!!
You have 4 images and only one pair error message...!!!
There aren't any error message for the rest 3 images...
lets try to create another temporary folder ( change the path at edit mambot page )
and check it out.
Also check if the permissions on the folder is also for the "joomla user" and not only for the ftp client.
Thank you!

Hello!
Of course it is strange. I have changed the path to "tmp".
I always thought that the permissions were 777 until I just installed JoomlaXplorer. It seems that all maps have 777, but files 666! I cannot change them with JoomlaXplorer and I don't know why or how I need to go further.

Hello!
Everything is now okay. I changed the permissions of the directory "wwwroot". Now SIG is working. Thank you!
