Hi,
I was wondering if users can upload images themselves to sigpro - without ftp or going into the backend? The reason I ask is coz my media manager says 'upload failed' every time I try to upload an image directly into a relevant directory (within stories). I can ftp ok but my user would prefer not to have to do this.

I have tried uninstalling any poss incompatible plugins plus am using lytebox.

I am at my wits end - I also checked user access on various .php files etc and the images are not too large or anything. using red hat server.
I would be ECSTATIC for an answer!!

and if there is no way to do this can you recommend another gallery that is similar but allows multiple galleries within multiple items? I have been searching for an answer now for over a month. It is on a 1.0 joomla site too...

kindest regards,
Rosa

Hi my friend!

The SIG PRO is just a plugin... It hasn't got an "upload images" function.
We are in plans to create a component from scratch that use the SIG functions.

Your default media manager of joomla, doesn't let you upload images?!
Have you tried our media manager ( it's free ) to do that?

The problem ( can't upload images ) is appear only at your current site?

Thank you!
