Hello,

i have purchased sig Pro and i am using it for creating galleries in content items. Everything is working fine except the fact the in IE7 the images' thumbnails are placed some pixels to the left of the actual position it sould be. The background images (for the thumbs) are placed correctly but the thumbs are misplaced to the left of them.

I am using the template named slidertab_plaza from www.templateplazza.com. This template has a side panel to the left which by default in IE7 when the first time that the page is loaded is hidden. So in this case the sig thumbs are placed correctly into the content. The problem appears when i try to show the side panel (which is loading using some javascript code). Then the thumbs are not re-positioned. Though their background images are repositioned correctly!!

I am also attaching a screenshot of how the whole page is looking after the show side panel action...



You could see the functionality of this side panel in this template (float-size template) in the following URL. The fact is that the background images for the thumbs are repositioned correctly, though the thumbs themselves are not repositioned at all, but they remain in their initial position. These behavior does not occur in Firefox, or Safari, or Opera just in IE7... In all the other browsers everything works fine!!!

I need some urgent help if it is possible, because this site is going to be productive in a couple of days...

I uncommented the following line in sigpro_default.css

.sig {
....
position:relative;
}

and now the thumbs re-positioning is taking place correctly :)

But there is another problem. The last thumb of each (content) gallery is not displaying at all...

Any ideas?

Ok another problem is that on IE6 the thumbs are not displaying at all. Just the background white images are displayed...

Any ideas about that?

I am having same problem. Images are not showing at all in IE6.
But somehow if you change setting in tools->optios, then it shows. Once you refresh the page, images will disappear again and you will need to apply some changes in tools->options. I think this is IE problem. Does somebody know how to fix??

Which kind of setting are you changing exactly in IE6?

I have paid in order to user the sigpro extension and no support is provided for the product 2 days now...  ???
