When clicking on the thumbnail, the image opens in a new window. No matter what pop-up engine I choose. Your free version worked fine. I can uninstall pro and re-install the free version and it works. Uninstall free version and re-install sigpro and it doesn't.

Although I'm using a rocketTheme template, the behavior is exactly the same if I change the page to the default joomla template.

well,... I got the same problem before with the free version - and now I have it with the pro version.

I think, if you already have mootools installed, you got it again with sig and therefore it doesn't work. But that problem shouldn't be there with the pro version.

I think, it would be a good Idea to have a SIG Pro Plugin without all those "boxes" to keeping the plugin slick - installing the "boxes" aren't a problem.

Hi there!

Sig pro, respect of the engine in use, loads the mootools or jquery library.

If those libraries are already installed in the page will be some kind of conflict.

Is better to use the Lytebox engine and have in the page only one time load the library.

If you have others modules/components that use the same library
try to delete all the reference to this library and put in once in the template.

Thank you!

I use mootools and Slimbox for other elements in the site..... and I would like to use Slimbox too for SIG Pro.
How can I manage that?

I thought deleting those lines in the SIG Pro file, who loads the mootools and Slimbox would be enough, but that crashes everything.

Would be the easiest way.... or maybe SIG Pro got some additional script to recognize if mootools or some of those boxes are already installed - if so, SIG Pro grab them.

It's really dangerous to "read" the mambot if some js is loaded.

The sig pro load the libraries, like those library are not already loaded.

Open the mambot file and delete the lines reference to js files
but you need to keep the reference to css.

Are you tried to use the Lytebox or Greybox engine that don't use the mootools?

Thank you!

I don't like Lytebox or Greybox....

I will make some testing, cause I remember I had it working once.

Deleting all the lines referencing .js within plugin_jw_sigpro.php has no affect at all. Still no popup engines work. Simply opens image in new tab.

ok,.... this is very strange

SIG Pro works without any manipulations on Joomla 1.0.15

I have a site where I load Mootools and Slimbox into and if I add some thumbs/gallery with SIG Pro, it just "grab" a mootools and my "original" Slimbox with its CSS....

Why istn't it working that way with Joomla 1.5???????

I'm having the exact same problem.  The free version worked perfectly.  I uninstalled it, installed the Pro version, and now when I click an image, it opens in a new window, rather than with a lightbox effect.  I've tried everything suggested above, to no avail.

The site I'm working on is at www.chwi.com/newsite

Edit - nevermind.  I got it working by deleting all the content that used this plugin, re-creating it, and setting the popup engine to Lytebox.
