i have tried everything i can to get this to work in joomla 1.5 i have used the default root folder i have tried my own folders i have made sure they are Chmod'ed yet it still doesnt show can you please take a look and let me know if there is something wrong

Please, try to have loaded only once time the mootools library.
Try also to use the Lytebox engine of the sig pro

how do i do that? i have literlly installed SigPro and set it up and turned it on and it will not show up, if you could let me know how to stop two instances of mootools starting i would appreciate it

Nice comment. But we haven't abandoned are new users. In fact, we've reorganized the content to draw more attention (see FAQ section). It's just that users get bored to have a quick look and instead prefer to wait for a day or 2 just so someone points them to the related answer in the FAQ section.

Look at the plugin's parameters inside Mambots>>Site Mambots>>Simple Image Gallery PRO. In there you can select the Lytebox engine. Simple. See the FAQ section for instructions covering both Joomla and Mambo.

This is abandoning your paid user base.
Why would I not create a negative comment on the extensions directory? I've been holding off a bit, because I know that once I do that I can't retract it, but your absence of help is leaving me little choice.

Tried different Pop-up engines and all other trichs, had the GD 2 library etc
what solved it in the end for me is reducing the size of the images (I went back to about 25% of original size you have to check your own) there seems to be a internal server limitation which does not allow SIG to process the images to thumbnails if the files are too large.
