i have tried everything i can to get this to work in joomla 1.5 i have used the default root folder i have tried my own folders i have made sure they are Chmod'ed yet it still doesnt show can you please take a look and let me know if there is something wrong

ok am really trying to make this as easy as possible for your guys, i have checked with my hosting company and i have GD 2 image library support already so its not that, i have tried other templates in case it is my existing template and its not that either

Ok just checked (no accusations of not being thorough) no greek public holidays either so i really dont know why they are not addressing these issues, so have now raised a paypal dispute linking to this thread :(

how do i do that? i have literlly installed SigPro and set it up and turned it on and it will not show up, if you could let me know how to stop two instances of mootools starting i would appreciate it

Goto the extensions listing for this plugin on joomla.org and comment there. It's the only thing that will motivate this author, who seems to have abandoned his newer user base. It's interesting to note on this plugin's listing, that the author specifically touts how excellent his support is. Well I guess we know better.. This thing just doesn't work.

gotta agree johnallen have posted a review but it hasnt shown up yet in all honesty if he has the ability (dont know exactly how it works) he will probably moderate the bad ratings

Well, for all intents and purposes you have (abandoned your new users). I recommended the purchase of your product to a client (now they have purchased). It plain doesn't work under any pop-up engine. Removing the additional js loads from your php file have no affect. New windows are always created when clicking on the thumbnails. Your free version worked fine. The paid version just doesn't. You have provided no solutions to the issue other than 'try another pop-up engine'.
This is abandoning your paid user base.
Why would I not create a negative comment on the extensions directory? I've been holding off a bit, because I know that once I do that I can't retract it, but your absence of help is leaving me little choice.

Had the same problem tried re-installing but still no show
Tried different Pop-up engines and all other trichs, had the GD 2 library etc

what solved it in the end for me is reducing the size of the images (I went back to about 25% of original size you have to check your own) there seems to be a internal server limitation which does not allow SIG to process the images to thumbnails if the files are too large.
