Here is the problem I have.

The gallery works as expected, that is no problem.
The thing is that the SIGP shows not only the image from the folder I want to show, it display all the images from all the folders that are published at the time.

for example if I have FOLDER 1 with 5 images and on another article I have FOLDER 2 with 6 images. Whenever people click on the thumbnail for FOLDER 1 they are going to see a11 images from both folders instead of just the 5 images that are inside of FOLDER 1. Then if you click on the thumbnail for FOLDER 2 it shows you all the images inside FOLDER 2, as well as any other image that is published at the time but not the images of FOLDER 1.

All I want is to show just the images that are inside the folder to show. If I have 5 pictures, I just one the SIGP to show those 5 images only.

Can you have an idea why is that happening?

I HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM, IT WAS REAL HARD TO FINDE THE ANSWER BUT I HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM!

I happen to want to display all the images and I am searching for how to do it (unsuccessfully so far).

If you posted a clear description of your issue and then the solution, I would have an idea how to make sigPro do what I need it to do.

I can´t have SisPro to display just the images of one folder and not all images fom all folders.

I want to replicate your error!

Here is how I have my FOLDERS set up

In the plugin set up I have
Galleries Root Folder  /images/

Then in an article
{gallery}artists/name_of_artist{/gallery}

and so it is set up as
/images/artists/name_of_artist/picture_1.jpg etc.

Where those slashes go makes a difference I think, so play around with slashes!

In my article, I have tried to get all the images in the sub-folders under "artists" display all at once, and none of these options will work for me (ie display all the images in the sub-folders), so maybe look at the plugin set up.

{gallery}/artists/{/gallery}
{gallery}/artists{/gallery}
{gallery}artists/{/gallery}

Note to the sigPro develpoment team, can I please have an option

{gallery}folder_1/*{/gallery}

to display all images in sub-folders below folder_1 ?

I tried to play around with the slashes but it did not work.
Your suggestion is great for the reverse situation, which is exactly what I´m trying t avoid here.
contentera writes as if he found the answer somewhere else in this forum but no dice for the rest of us. I tried to find it on enths of pages with no success at all.

The solution is inside this forum.

You have to download the plugin_jw_sigpro.php file and then change some code.

The code you have to change, the lines you have to change are given here iside these forum.

Unfortunately, the post you provided the link to is not showing correctly the lines codes to be changed. Unlucky me. It seems to be a problem there: in the box supposed to show the code there is a slide bar only.

Maybe the link you mentioned on your site could do.
